Springer Nature is the largest specialist science and education publisher in the world. Over the last seven years it has gone through three separate mergers and created a sprawling empire that required focused and disciplined leadership re-ignite excitement in the business and it’s people. 

just add water have been working with the business for over ten years. We identified the need to pull the senior leadership together and inject passion and energy into their approach to the company.

In In 2017, 2018, (2022 and 2023) Springer Nature gathered their top leaders together to Springer Nature gathered their top 500 leaders together to share company updates and plan and prioritise for the year ahead. just add water have been the creative, content, production and logistics partner for these week long events, providing a turn key solution for the entire experience.

The meetings were an engaging mix of plenary presentations, breakouts, workshops and team build activities all designed to capture actionable content for the business to learn and grow from.

In addition to the main delegate events we also designed, produced and built a large scale showcases, each one created to inform, inspire and educate all those present on new product development, key research publications and new business functions and opportunities.

To complement the events we also ran a dedicated event App, that delegates were encouraged to download in the weeks leading up-to the event in order to receive updates, their very own personalised agendas and key logistical information including pick and drop off times for arrivals and departures.

The One Team Summit is recognised as a highlight of the annual planning for leaders, and has set new standards for the organisation in wellbeing and leadership behaviour.
